Received an automated message from Athens Services, a trash collection company, using this number.  The message was a warning about possible charges for overfilling a trash container or trash being left next to the container, with an option to speak with a representative or go through their menu system to check on your account.  The company may use this number for other automated messages like unpaid bills, etc.  When I picked up, I didn't answer and after about 10 seconds, the message began playing.

So if you have trash service with Athens, this number is from them.

Did not answer the number I didn't recognize.  But according to Jim's note above, it's from Athens Services, and I do have it as my trash collection company.  Thanks, Jim.
