    Received an anonymous number call from Christina stating that they had a summons in hand and were going to serve me within the mext 24-48 hours at home or place of employment accompanied by local authorities. States to call back at 888-564-2119 file.

    Well, if they did, don't you think they would have posted by now? If someone calls and threatens you with  a summons, I would go check with your local Court House  to be on the safe side. Tell the caller to send Proof in the mail first. Its most likely an extortion attempt, but check to make sure they don't sue you behind your back.
