hank smith scam

They call from ‭(888) 564-3486‬ or blocked number demanding someone call them back at above number that there is suspicious charges with my debit card. They are in no way affiliated with my bank when I looked the number up and spoke with my bank.

Demanded a call about suspicious bank activity. Same voice as a call last week about a court appearance demand. All bogus

Call left message stating i had bad check and i needed call back immediately

Received same call, sure it’s fradudulent

Scam same as above! They got nothing better to do!!

Left a message regarding "declined transactions at your banking institution".  Clearly a scam.

Same call about banking transactions, funny how I have no bank account!!!!

Called demanding a call back.  When I called, "Hank Smith" answered.  I told him my name, said that he could not find any record of me.  Someone must have called by error and took my name off of the list.  I am going to keep calling and harassing them like they did me.  They are going to have to block my number. lol

Received the same call saying they issued a warrant for my arrest and were going to show up with the police and have me arrested.

Called my mother's number ans reported to rectify a bank situation. Left no name to speak to

This company really took me for a loop. I have reported them to BBB and to FBI. They are absolutely a scam. They looked up a company that I had previously done business with. They said they were suing me. Eventually I contacted the company and they confirmed they were NOT suing me. It was a month of dealing with this company. I couldn't be more angry!

Why would you waste your time reporting them to a worthless organization like the BBB?

I received a call, with my name pre-recorded, advising I must call back immediately regarding my banking account.  The red flag went up as I had fraudulent activity and then the caller identified as the Credit Union.  I saved the message, then did a Google search, just as I suspected, another scammer!  Beware of this number
