this # called me and said they were an attorney office trying to serve me with a summons for court for a bad check. I DON'T write checks  nor have I  EVER written a check. They requested that I pay them $180.00 TODAY or i would be summoned and arrested because the police department was coming with the process server. SCAM... DONT give them ANY personal info. These people knew my social and other personal info. Calling the police department myself to report them.

Got the same message saying they are showing up at my place of business, did they show up at your home or place of business?

Received a call from a woman who said they were going to summon me on tomorrow from my county. They needed to know what time I was going to be at home. They gave me a number to call to let them know what time I would be there. This is a scam the same number as above. I will notify the police and the security people @ my complex for anyone trying to get access to my home.
