Sears Home Delivery

This is Sears home delivery and they called today to discuss the dryer I just purchased.  They delivered the washer yesterday but the dryer won't vent on the side like I need so I have to choose another dryer.  They called to tell me that the one I selected cannot be reconfigured to vent from the side and there is not enough space for the hose to go out of the back of the dryer and over to the side vent.  The "call type" below does to give me the choice to select "service call."

Backup there Alice.  If Someone called you pretending to be Sears, about appliances you did not purchase, you are in more or less the right place.  Not sure where the scam is if it was a wrong number, but we'll let that pass.

BUT:  If you purchased a washer and dryer from Sears, and they called you with an installation problem, and you maybe even expected a call, how are you being defrauded or tricked by Sears?  This is the wrong place for pasting that info.  You might try SearsdoesnotcarryasideventdryerandIamfrantic.com

The call was from Sears telling me they were not delivering on the date they promised. So I cancelled my order and went to hhgreg , Sears Sux. Although the Call Was Legitimate,. So call back and cancel.

Called twice this morning, but no message. Waited two hours with my groceries hanging out for a fridge delivery...no one. Leave a damn message if you are not going to show up Sears. Pissed.

Someone left a message on my phone to call: 888 567 3452 because my Sears order had been delayed.  I called the # and was told by a man that my order would come as scheduled then he proceeded to try to sell me materials for remodeling.  If I have more phone calls from this telemarketer I will never buy from Sears again.  It sounds like to me that Sears is selling information !!!  Could this be true ?

Please stop calling my number and don't bother me again

got message to call  them back by 9pm about a delay in delivery.  Knew my name and email address,  I assumed this is a legit call from Sears.  I bought dishwasher from sears, delivery  scheduled for 2/12, informed of a delay in delivery due to manufacturer delay in shipping.  Knew the company that will install the dishwasher.  I believe this is a real call from Sears.

You are not very intelligent, to not use other word, if you think that you can contact your callers here and especially that Matthew person does that to you, because his post is from 2011.

This is a robo call posing as employees from Sears. Sears Customer Service for deliveries is 1-800-697-3277 according to their website. My Sears product arrived on time a week ago, and I have received four calls from this number in two days.

Keep receiving call from 888-567-3452. This is Oct 15, 2020 and I see from the other messages this has been going on for a long time. They call at 8AM..same Indian girl and trIes to sell other services. Dont buy from Sears if you don't want to be woken up at 8 AM everyday.
