Scam. They are a fake company pretending to be a lending company that have already been working with you.
To get back at them ask to talk to Rachel and say you've been working with her already. Keep calling them and say the same thing it'll eventually piss them off. They keep saying she's in marketing when in reality they paid her for a recording for their scam.

This fake call comes in once a week.  So annoying.  I am going to start calling for Rachel!

Just got a call from this number. They're really getting good at this. The voicemail was generic but if you have a business in need of a loan, I can see how they can take advantage of you.

Scott is the male version of the Rachael scam. Said he was "calling back" about that business line of credit that I "was preapproved for". He says call me back at 888-570-7914 or at "the number that popped up on your caller id" (which was 475-224-3665).

We have been getting these "messages" for several months now!!!  The call goes directly to our voicemail so the "number that pops up on your phone" does not appear.  This is THE MOST ANNOYING marketing call EVER!!  PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!

Oh, if only we could! But this is simply a phone number look-up site so no one here can "PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!" Why don't you just block the number?

Rachel calling every few  days about a $250K credit line. Also uses 201-614-9497.

You can certainly block a number but in no time they will find a new number to call from. Can't  these people please go get a real job making honest money? Sigh....

As above.  I was referred to this number by cell phone voicemail non ringing number 951-438-1553.  Fake Rachel and her usual fake $250K 'line of credit.' Does anyone fall for this stuff?

You can also block entire area codes which greatly cuts down on the new numbers they can reach you from.

They have caller ID, so the last time they agreed to remove my number from the call list. Fire with fire..lol

"they agreed to remove my number from the call list." Doesn't mean they actually did. Scammers truly don't care if you don't want them to call, no matter what you say or what "trick" you play on them. Better to just block the number and move on.

the phone rang but nothing popped up, it just said incoming call... in the CID then went to back vm and it was Rachel with a 250.000 loan offer  stated call 1 888 5707914 or the number on the called ID which didnt show btw

I have gotten this call from Rachel a dozen times over the last year. She keeps changing the recording and updating it.  She has a $250K pre-approved business loan waiting for me and is "following up" from our previous discussion that we never had.

Voicemail from the generous Rachel who won't stop offering me a line of credit. Number that popped up on the phone was different from the phone information (888-570-7914) recorded by my phone company.

you can't, because the numbers showing up will be different every time.

.....called again, though number (951-438-1553) previously blocked and went straight to VM.
Also filed complaint with FCC on 951 number. Get a real job, "Rachel".

Call from this number came in as Reliant Energy. Asking to collect 3 months of non payments. Threatened to disconnect service in 30 minutes for non payment. I checked my bank account and all the checks were cleared. They could not prove jack and i sensed the scam a minute into the conversation.
