This person called up a friend's mother, stating that they had legal matters with me. NOT my mother! Person's name was Jerry Olsen, who did not state where he was calling from, what company he was working for, he gave out not information except giving this mother advice on me for legal attention. Wrong Person, Wrong Mother and very embarrassing to me not knowing who had called, but leaving a phone number to call, with not id on who they where.

Called saying they were looking for my aunt about a legal matter.  When I told them I believe this was fraud, they said they would send the summons to her home, I said ok, do that.

Major fraud.  Do not call this number back.  In my case they said it was a legal matter about my residential property and to call back or have my attorney call. I looked back on caller id saw it was an 800 number and knew it was bogus.  I told them if they called me again I would in fact call my attorney
