They keep calling every day are so and left messages.....some telling me that they are taking legal actions againt me.  I'll still waiting.  It's been 2 years since they first left that message.  I'm not even sure what outstanding debt they are collecting for.  Since they never tell you just that you have an file with any outstanding balance.

Our business keeps getting these harassing calls everyday and just a hang up. This is harassment and this ties up our business line.
Does anyone know what company this is?

THey call me 2 or 3 times a day, everytime I answer theres no one there!!!  I dont have any debt and there still calling me

My cell phone is with Virgin Mobile, and has been for as long as I can remember.  I don't deal with FIDO, which is the company they mention.  I left them a voice message explaining this last week and I am still getting phone calls from ARC.  It's annoying, to say the least, and I have no idea how they got my cell phone number -- which I only give out to family members for emergencies.

If ARC is a legitimate company, which it appears to be, why are they behaving like scammers?
