Was told this was a call back for arizona police athletic league.  Had two different numbers show up on my caller ID of which this was not one.  He was asking for 30$ donation.  number showing up on my caller ID were 623-742-3888  and 480-273-8836

Called my cell phone, wanted $20 donation to PAL or Police Athletic League
I think they are a scam, I couldnt find them on Attorny Generals charity pages.  Not listed with BBB, and wanted my credit card # to take care of it right away.   (No no no, never do that !)

Received a call from the Arizona PAL wanting a donation.  I told the party on the other end to send me information in the mail.  I received a pledge notice for $20.00 from them. In addition, they provided a bogus 1-888-572-1906 number, not working.  I searched the AZ Attorney General Charity listing, and they are listed.  The phone number on the list is also not working...........928-245-5817 as I was forward to a phone bank answering machine and you have no idea what party/business this number represents. Never did get a person.  What's going on here?

Numbers showing up on caller ID were 623-742-3888  and 480-273-8836, gave me 888-572-1906.  Said he was from PAL, the Police Athletic League.  TOTAL SCAM, I could sense it in this kids voice.  He asked what my address was, probably would have asked for my credit card number as well if I gave him that.  What an idiot!  I asked him what the website was, he gave me www.pal.org and www.azpal.org.  Needless to say, these sites don't exist.

Caller claims to be from NPTA and wanted to remind me to keep my promise to donate to their organization.

U all are idiots these programs and charity's are the best they have been around for a long time.  Instead. Of writing blogs all day. Why don't u pick up a book.
