888-572-3115

I received a call from an 858 number and it was this guy asking if I would be at home because I had 2 court summons that I failed to show up for and they wanted to serve me papers. The guy repeated my address as I informed him that he had the wrong address and he told me to call this 888-572-3115 number regarding this case. He said he didn't know what was going on but urged to call the 888 number immediately before something else happened. I left a message at this 888 number but I have never received any paperwork or a phone call about anything about a lawsuit!

they called me saying  I was beenin summons .. they gave me a phone number to call which is this one 888 .. their telling me Ive getting sued from some credit card issue .. .. This is so fake ! I already paid this credit card!!! good thing I have all my copies!! & payments Ive made! .. Horrible people!!

Got a call from a number(949) not even a full number...sayimg I needed to b served. Clled the 888 number and was spoken to rudely and threathened with a bench warrant for my arrest! On a credit card from 2006! It was partially paid but went into collections n then written off...why r they.calling me now n threathening me?

I also received a call from a number (702) . The girl said she was calling from the county clerk office and that the officer was coming to serve me with papers. Also gave a number to call 888-572-3115 if i needed more information.
I called the number and it was an attorney office trying to scam me for an account that i never opened.
When i disputed the information, he said i will REVIEW the file and we will contact you.
When i mentioned the girl told me that i was being served SC-100 papers, he said don't worry about it.
When i asked him their address he gave me this: MSG Associates,  1439 W Chatman Ave, Orange, CA 92868

They are just scammers. They get a hold of your credit report and try to get money from you for old collection accounts.
