Calls several times a day.  Left a message asking to call back to "confirm our attendance at a seminar on the 22nd-23rd."  Note to rp: judging Americans by the behavior of a telemarketer might not give you the most representative cross-section.

This company claims they are the "Official Yellow Pages", and want to collect $565.00 from your business they tell you owe this past due amount and is in collections. This company is a scamming company that just tries to collect money for a advertisement you never approved. There is a difference in the "Yellow Pages" they bill your business phone bill direct, not in a separate billing. They just hope to collect the money and are very aggressive in doing these faults collections. Sometimes they go as far as to send you a faults billing statement in the mail and follow up with the calls all day long. Don't let them get your money!

Keeps calling doesn't leave messages.

called the number back and asked for our number to be removed from their database and they said the call list is computer generated and it would take 30 days for the number to be compleatly purged from their systems

Didn't answer call as I knew it was a scammer and let it go to voicemail.
No voicemail left. One must be careful with these types of calls as they
sometimes are able to capture your phone number and use it against you.

they call constantly every day a at least 8 times a day, despite telling them not to call.

I have called this number 888-577-5698 and asked to be removed from their call list.  They say it takes up to 30 days to do that.  Where is Indiana's Steve Carter now????  You can't report a business number(mine) about the do not call list.

Keeps calling my business phone and hanging up before I answer. Usually on calls like this they just keep calling when you tell them NO. I have been known to be rude after about the forth time and say I know English is probably your second language but you do understand the word NO don't you. They don't call any more.

The one I received on April 18, 2008 was ID'd as "800 Service". It came into my business phone. Hung up when my ans. machine message ended.

I believe you mean "false" instead of "faults"

Been calling for days.  Told them "not interested", "company does not accept phone solicitation", "no" x 4, they do not accept no for an answer.  Perhaps it's better I program the number so I know who it is and let it go to voicemail.  Other attempts to get them to stop calling do not seem to work.

1-888-577-5968 even though we have the privacy manager on our phone this call got through......which  means they had to unblock their number but when we answered they did not answer!
