Received a call from a local number.  When I asked for call back number, this number 888-577-6527 was the number they gave.  Received call yesterday promoting some energy, presume solar energy program (scam). Said they were calling from a contracting company. Advised we are on do not call list and person on other end stated it didn't matter to them since they work with the local energy company and it didn't apply to them.  received another call today.  Same number.  They claim to now be from the "counsel of rising sun".  Same pitch.  Asked for address, same address as yesterday

Same thing happened to me but I went a step further and invited them to visit I my home, they gave a business card with a website that led to foreign hacking website. The strange thing was that when I spoke to them on the phone they told me they were in the process of building a website and he was this guy telling me they did have a website.

Be careful about those invitations.   There are crooks who come over and are checking your home for security cameras and alarm systems, to see if you have a soft target for a break-in.  There is trouble enough in the world, no sense in asking it for a quote.

I've been investigating this company For the last few months and I have a lot of information on them, I would like to find other people that are experiencing this same problem so I can build a case against them. Every time I talk to them they are sloppy and unprofessional, thus too many coincidences. They keep referring me over to the pacenation.us webpage but there is no way of contacting them via phone or any other means. Luckily, in my profession,  I have learned how to probe information and I have found some very interesting info.

Said they were the Council on Clean Energy selling solar panels. I made an appointment to obtain a real contact. I was given this as their call back number in case something comes up.

Angie's list says they are Southern California Solar Southern California Home Improvement Center (no such company is registered with CA) For some reason Go Green Remodeling appeared in search results but this number is not on their web site.

I recently lost 2 cases in small claims court because the initial contact/calls were made by anonymous lead generating companies who are paid by the company that shows up. The judge ruled they are not agents of those companies. I need to talk with a lawyer about that.

Received a call saying government discount- roof specialist - my elderly mother in law made appointment. We cancelled that. Voice message states company is solar energy efficiency specialists.

Just received a call from them on 03/01/2017 asking for my name and address.  I asked them to take me off their list and ask for their call back number if I changed my mind.  Sounds fishy!   They called me every two weeks.  so be careful.  Told me they are not trying to sell products but is offering programs to help in the Clovis CA area.  Then later on tried to precede in selling me solar.  Be careful.  The number that called me was (559)226-1783 and the number given to me to call back was (888)577-6527.

The caller-id said 925-560-0224. Nina said she was with ARC, American Renovation Center. When I asked for call back number, she gave 888-577-6527. Since they called before I will make an appointment. I will ask the real company for the legitimate name of the company that called me on a Sunday.   If they do not provide it I will take them to court. This has worked before with a solar company.

I received a called from this number (786) 213-0620 about saving in my electrical bills when I asked him if he worked with FPL, he didn't know and wispered to someone "Do we work with FPL?" and he said "yes", then I asked him more questions about the program and he said he will transfer me with his manager to answer all my questions and the manager kept reaping the same thing over and over again and trying to set up an appointment for someone to come to my house but I told them I was not sure about it and I wanted research more about their program. I asked for their website, name, and call back phone number. He said his name was Bill Steven and gave me this number (888) 577-6527.

Called and said they were Home Improvement of California .  Caller ID showed 510-687-0256   Pretended to work with PG&E ESAP and the PACE program.  Funny thing - no such name on google and phone number comes back as invalid.  PG&E has no record of this company.   I could not cancel because the phone number was fake.  Today they called back to confirm appt using another false number and then this number.  They were PEEVED!!! when I cancelled.

They called again and I learned who they are. Telemarketer fishing for home improvement work. They violate telemarketing laws restricting calls on Sunday and calling people on the Do Not Call list.

So they are not what they are promoting? They said they would repave my driveway.

How many times are you going to tell yourself who they are?  Also, what law are you referring to that restricts them from calling on a Sunday?  Please provide a proper citation for that law.

They are "Southern California Home Improvement Center"  CA business entity C2380865; License # 803729 which is currently under suspension. Last year I sued them twice for violating the DNC list. They lied in court the first time and the judge believed them. 6 weeks later they called again. This time the judge believed me. They have called me twice this year even though their notes say "do not call" so I will sue them again.
I encourage everyone to ue them and other telemarketers.

I am not a lawyer. I looked but I can not find a specific statue to reference. It is something I heard.
