- lisa replies to SlimI haven't called thus number yet. But the lady that gave it to me said they were trying to deliver some papers to the person they were trying to get ahold of, so I'm supposed to give the person this number.
- A| 2 repliesSaid I had a "complaint" filed against me and that they had tried several times to reach me via certified letter. I work from home, so I know that isn't the case. Said they were just notifying me. I asked if I could call the courthouse to get verification, but they said it hadn't gone through the court, but it had a case number from the courthouse. They were very against me NOT calling the courthouse first...
- BigA replies to AOf course they wer43e because the people at the courthouse would tell you that they are liars, cheats, and crooks. Read my post up there and remember that they have to prove you owe the debt, not the other way around.
- soul shaker replies to Athey called me about 2 hours ago said their name was trust mark national and said everything to me that i have read about on here and i asked very thorough questions about them and she gave me a phone number for the bank of delaware where i supposeldy got a mastercard through almost 10 years ago and called the number and would you believe not one american citizen working there that could speak clear english that could help me so i hung up and researched it and found this thank god for the internet otherwise they would be collecting.

- NickYeah they been calling me to and telling me about how my wife has a credit card that is past do and that she has to go to court and have to pay the outstanding charges but the fact is that my wife never had a credit card in her entire life so I ask what was the case number an call the court house and guess what no existing number even though doesn't look like a court case number
- Caller: Trust mark national
- replies to JTrust Mark National is what they said when I called.
- CWG40 replies to CarmenIf you were the subject of a possible civil suit, you'd have received a letter from the attorney for the other party. You'd have a paper trail. You would NOT first hear about this from a cold calling debt collector. If they have a valid debt against you, tell them to send you a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good. They won't do this, so simply ignore and block the calls.
- jcI got a similar call and they said i should expect a legal document on Monday and they wanted me to call this number and give them my address so they can deliver it with out delay Monday. It seemed totally fake.
