Rep calling from this phone number was rude, and after I told them I was not interested in their product I was called names. The rep then hung up on me, and called back serveral times throughout a 3 day period.

I was charged for a free trial offer and when I called to stop shipment on the next order I was going to be hcarged for, the phone number would disconnect on me before it went through.  Can you spell FRAUD!

I got charged for something that I don't even realize that this merchant is ever exist. I was just checking on my bank statement online and I got charged for BODY CLEANS and their phone number is 888 582 8080, I called this number and no one answer the phone. I have never ordered anything online, neither give any approval to anyone to direct debit on my account and all of sudden I got billed with this merchant. THIS IS DEFINITELY CARD FRAUD!!!!!!!

Never request any detox or body cleans samples or "free" samples on line that ask you to pay for any kind of shipping fee.  This is a scam and they will start charging your account for merchandis you did not order and never received.   Make sure you read the fine print nothing is free.  When you call the number attached to the transaction (this number happened to be 888-582-8080)they put you on hold and never pick up the call claiming high call volume.  My advice if this happens to you immediately call your financial institution and change your card number so they no longer have access to it. Ordered a free sample of detox pills.  Was billed $84.79 times two as I ordered two bottles, one for my spouse and another for myself.

As stated above I got the "FREE" samples four weeks ago, then today found two unauthorized debit transactions on my debit card for a total of $169.58!  They have a number listed as 1888582-8080, but never answer the phone!

Don't even call them, just call your financial institution and have them stop the payment!

Has anyone had any success in stopping the scam??? I can't get through to anyone to cancel it.

I am at the moment trying to fight with them and all I got from them is that I will get a refund of only 70% back because I didn't cancel within 15 days that is stated on their fine print policy. My bank denied my claim and I can't get my money back from them. The phone# that was listed on my acct. was this 888.582.8080 and all I got for those first 15 days was a fast tone busy signal and noone to answer. THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU! so now I am screwed and for the free trial that you paid only the S/H it is now costing $80 some, when they ship out the 2nd bottle they charge you again another $80 some and you are SCREWED again!!! UGHHHHH so angry!

Fraud fraud fraud!!!

It gave me initially a fast busy tone and it would not connect. Then it said that my call could not be connected.

I was able to have them refund one payment.  I have been charged 2 more times and nothing sent to me.  Today I called and was told they could not refund me and that it was in their terms and conditions, but there was nothing listed in the terms and conditions or on the paper that was sent to me.  I was also hung up on by them today.

The first time I called, they did refund the full amount.  I must have got lucky with whoever I was speaking to.
