Received a call from a Rachel West, using a 608 area code number, advising she was with the Wisconsin State Processing Unit, that she was responding to a summons, working on behalf of Franklin and Reynolds of Arlington VA, that a motion was to be filed with the _______county for wage garnishment, judgement and/or lien, for a motion for a civil complaint, at which time her office would become involved to serve process at my address of ___________, tomorrow afternoon. She suggested if any questions on my rights and options, to call the office of Franklin and Reynolds at 888-585-1783, and to reference my case #**-*****-WI.  (not totally word for word, but close)

Issues- the attorney website also lists 3 additional toll free numbers, 855-295-2590, 844-716-4614, 833-277-9973. I checked the first one and observed the same spiel, also listing this, and other, law office. Also different locations were cited, but all seem to be the process server approach.

Also, my address they listed was incorrect, presume that was intentional to get me to call :)....I assume a process server would google the address as the first order of business, but I could be wrong......

Also, the website is pretty generic. The address listed, 1700 N Moore St, Arlington VA does not list a suite or unit number, and this is a huge building with multiple suites. Also, no local number is listed. Finally, I couldnt find attorneys with this name listed at the designated address.

Guess I will wait until after tomorrow when they call me back and tell me I wasn't present.......

I received the same message about being served papers on behalf of the same fake law firm. I was told to call the number 888-585-1783 on my voicemail. They also called various family members looking for me and gave out my social security number to them.

They called and said i owed them money and said they were going to serve me at my work or home
