Received above email claiming purchase of $299.  Glad I checked out this website and realized it was a scam.

I received the same message yesterday.  Thanks for confirming my suspicions!  Please note....the E-Mail came from  microsoftsubscription5834762@gmail.com, it's not from the Microsoft domain.

YES!  I should have noticed that the return email address was not something Microsoft would use (why would Microsoft use gmail???)

I got this BS email this morning. I knew it's a scam as it came from a Gmail account and not an official Microsoft email

This number is a part of a scam email. Just delete and forget about it. Call directly to your credit card to verify there were no unauthorized charges have been made.
