Received same email from "Norton Billing" with same $489.35 charge.  Email includes instructions to call 888-585-4049 for any questions.  I deleted the email.

Received email Thank you for using Norton®. Protection. As per the Agreement we have charged you an amount of $489.35 for Norton®. Protection.
As you have selected the auto-renewal subscription method during the last checkout.

Hence your subscription of $489.35 is auto Renewed and the charge will reflect on your bank account in 24hrs. We tried to contact you on your register number for queries but could not get through.
