- ToniHe called from a number that I discovered is the fax number for the clerk's office of the county where I reside. He said his name is Michael Davidson from the clerk's office from my county of residence. He said an officer would be around within an hour to serve papers, but if I wanted to change the address of the delivery, call 888-585-6352 and he gave me a docket number. He knew my name and my job title (not that hard to find out those details). Definitely a scam, as I called the clerk's office and verified that no one by that name works there and that the number that showed on caller ID is a fax number.

- KerryA woman who says her name is Christine from a courier company who has been retained by someone who is suing you for a past due account and that you have 24 hours to settle the debt before you are served legal papers to your home and job. She even has a file number for your reference and had all my information from previous addresses and social security number and was demanding $5,000...I called her and confronted her that I knew she was a scammer and have reported her. This women is very convincing and professional sounding. BEWARE...no reputable company will demand payment within 24 hours or serve papers to your home or job in that time frame.
- Caller: Courier company
- AmandaSame as above. These people have been calling me for months. I even changed my #. I flat out told her to come on out to my house then and bring her papers. No one ever showed of course. I blocked their number so now they call with no caller id.

- Kurt"Michael Valencia" called asking for my brother or dad wanting to "deliver papers to property address to begin litigation". First off, if this was litigation someone would just straight up knock on your door and hand the papers to you. Second what's my property address? Third what's your firm called? Fourth, apparently you don't even know who you're supposed to "serve" papers too if you're asking for more than one person.
This is most likely a debt collector.- Caller: No company name given

- Jennifer| 1 replyThey left a voicemail. Cynthia from County Courier/Career Services called my latest cell number in regards to complaints against my ex husband. How did they get my new number??? My ex and I divorced in 2017. He is in Oklahoma, not Arkansas.... He always received debt collection letters the whole time we were together. What a nuisance!! & I am happily remarried now!! Sounds like a debt collector....
