Left a VM starting they had sealed paperwork for me and in regards to my property. I live in an apartment complex. Didn’t leave company name so I called the number and it went to an answering machine to someone named Craig.

Called me earlier this morning about a package/documents that needed to be signed for. The person they were looking for does not live in the country anymore and hasn’t for several years. No company name given, as well as a visible caller ID.

Called and left a message that I need to sign some documents regarding a property and if I do t call back that will move forward without me. No company name.

Left VM on Tuesday 10/30.  Stated they were trying to contact ex regarding his address in another state.  Called back as I do NOT want anything to do with him.  They asked personal questions that I would not answer and of course, would not state the real reason they were calling...can not give out that information you know!  Then today while watering the grass I get a car drive up into our cul de sac to turn around.  When I realized  they were not getting out I looked up.  The man in the vehicle took my photo and then speed off.  Do not call back, I wish I had not.

This is the voicemail I got: This is an urgent message intended to reach [my dad's name]. This is Sarah Kraven calling on behalf of Bell (?) County's Processes Verification Department (BS!!! hahaha!). We currently have a request to execute an order of a complaint to his property address. Now our intel shows that failure to deliver will be applied to the charge listed in the affidavit should he miss the upcoming filing date. We recommend that either him or his legal counsel report to us immediately by contacting 888-585-6620 referring the case file ######."

This is a scam to get people to pay up for something they either know nothing about or some old debt sold to a collection agency most likely using an attorney's name on the building to give it some credibility. First off, the government WILL NEVER call you or have some other random "department" contact you about serving you papers.

The girl clearly was reading off of a script. LMAO! The call came from an "unknown" number.
