- AnneI kept getting hand up calls this am I got a phone message from someone named casey. I worked in finance and she disclosed way too much info if this was more than a scam. I called and a man told me they might have ole #- told him try again I've had for 3 years. He said he would remove- doesn't help that I now know the lady they were calling for has unpaid bills which I should not. It is a pain for me but a violation of privacy laws for her

- Maria replies to BigA| 1 replyThank you for this information. They got me for $580. They did however have the name of a company I did in fact owe money to for a web loan. I am so angry, and feel so stupid. I’m a single parent and like all parents work hard for my children. These people are scum.
- BigA replies to MariaYou are very welcome. If you can find an attorney that is willing to go the extra mile you might be able to track them down. The USPS requires that they fill out a form with valid Identification. That information is available but it usually takes a subpoena. If you find out who they are and where they are located then you can sue them for both statutory and actual damages. When you win your attorney gets paid by them also.
Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front): http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

- Ka replies to BigA| 1 replyI got that message yesterday. Verbatim. Now it’s the Piedermann Group. Same sketchy website. I called them and they said $420 can make it go away. When I called the bank in reference, they have nothing related to me. Not now or in the past. April Anderson left the message and I spoke to John Ross at the Piedermann group. Totally scammy.
- BigA replies to KaYes, that name has been popping up here lately. They change names faster than people change underwear.
