I think that is Occupation Compliance and Safety.  I think they are trying to sound official but it's probably a sales call.

Definitely a scam to get your money, also watch out for 701-552-9142 which shows up on a caller id as well. Claiming that they are the Occupational Safety and Compliance Administration; not a real agency.

A Renee weather called my small business on Oct 15th of 2015 claiming she was with the federal office of compliance and safety administration and that I was out of compliance and that I needed to pay $169 to stay in compliance. The money was being used for posters that I later found out are FREE. OSHA posters can be printed off online. $189 was removed from my account which is $20 more than the original price she had told me was coming out of my account. I called her back and she said they would refund me the $20. No surprise, $20 was not refunded so I called her back everyday for 2 and a half weeks with no return call. Finally got ahold of the Attorney Generals office and they called her and called me back mentioning that they were taking the matter into their own hands. She called me about ten minutes later SCREAMING at me claiming that what I had told the Attorneys Generals office was not true. She said that if I sent back the posters that she would give us a refund. Went to the ups store and NO SURPRISE ONCE AGAIN she had given me a fake address. Called her back and she didn't even let me talk and she said "You are getting a full refund, it should be back in your account today. Thank you, bye". Complete scam. They're psycho.
