Here is how the scam works.  It uses your area code and the first 3 digits of you phone number.  The ROBO message left on my voicemail "...if you received your new rates by mail and wish not to be contacted press 3.  Congratulations on your excellent payment history, you now qualify for 0% interest rate on all your credit card account.  This is a limited time offer and you must respond immediately, press 1 now to speak to our qualification department and complete the enrollment process..."

They called my phone but I don't answer unknown callers. they didn't leave a message. I work daily and a real company would leave a message. So i believe it is a scammer or ROBO caller
