first you get some testimonials - then the scam unfolds which is just a chain letter- you pledge 3500 which goes to the person ahead of you in line. once you pledge you become qualified and then start your own line of pledge money

I ran one of these way back in 1990 - I simply got an 800 number, put a recording on it, had myself as the top ten names, (no checks accepted, so only blank money orders and cash sent my fed ex or some such delivery, got an office box at what was then Mail Boxes Etc - Now called UPS STORE - did not have email then so put cheap classified ads in money making opportunity mags - then some people built their downlines and some did not - i got $100 from each - worked great till got warning letter from Arizona Attorney General's Office - so refunded the complaining ones that would not go away and still took a tidy profit, although if I would have had a history of this sort of thing when the Arizona AG investigated me this could have cost me dearly, so if you wish to put a stop to this sort of scheme, just call the AG office at your state capital and they will maybe do something.

I've been getting calls for months.  I was once had a financial services license in Florida.  They must have sold the whole list of agents to any bidder because my phone never stops ringing..
