She called three times in a row never leaving a message ... when I answered on the 4th call she said my name and instantly asked my for my insurance information. She said that she was with Deaconess Hospital ... but I'm in great health and I only get an annual check up each year. I've never been to Deaconess in my life! I told her to mail me the info if she has my address, but that I would not give her any personal info over the phone. She either called the wrong person with my same name or it was an attempt at a scam!

I received a message today (12/7/15) that deaconess hospital was calling me. I have never been to deaconess. She gave me a reference number and told me to call back ASAP. I called and was told all the representatives were busy leave a message with your phone number, name, the hospital that called you and give a reference number. I called the actual hospital and they had never heard of that number. Odd!!
