    Called to verify if they were a Microsoft company as I thought someone was pfishing.  He said he was from Dell Ray Computers in Florida and that they were a third party contractor for Microsoft.  Said that their information was programmed into my computer when it was manufactured and that Microsoft endorsed them.  They wanted $600 to install some software/malware, etc. to make sure no one did to my computer what they did.  Scam big time.
