Caller calls;phone rings once. Caller hangs up. Blocked!!

Medical survey after recent doctors visit is who this is. I am ticked that Sutter Health gives out phone numbers WITHOUT ASKING FOR PERMISSION violating my privacy. Just filled their website with complaints.

The call was to rate your recent hospital stay for quality control, but you turned it into a whine about the poor needing healthcare on your own.

Recorded call wants me to answer a survey about surgery.  Unknown to me, so I didn't answer, but they left a message.  Called twice so far.  Ask for me by name.   They don't take silence as an answer. Persistent.  Haven't had any surgery recently.  Have no idea if it's legit, and  have no intention of calling them back.

Called 2-3 times but they don't leave a message.

This is a legitimate call for a Sutter Health survey regarding a recent physician's appointment.

Automated/Robo Survey for a recent hospital visit, as in a followup “health care survey“.

Hospitals/Medical Centers & Doctors are using this service, after we receive medical care their systems automatically pass our phone number to this “health care survey“ service so they can screen for any problems.

I do legit survey calls and and not associated with this number. Legal calling hours are 8am to 9pm. We do not have to be off the phone at 9pm, we simply can't dial after 9.

The link below answered all my questions about the emails, texts and phone calls I've been getting to do surveys about my doctors and local hospital, though they don't seem random when I get them from 3 different practice groups in two weeks:

Unknown caller, silence on the line.

Robocall with recorded message claiming to be surveying on behalf of Sutter Health, that price-fixing, patient-abusing, money-grubbing outfit named for a man who kept slaves. Could Sutter be more awful? Well, robocalls after 9 at night are a good try!

7/09/21 18:06 PDT  Don't answer calls from 8XX number without an ID.  This one turned out to be claiming from healthcare provider survey.  Deleted

Called. Left a vm message saying they have a survey about [a town’s name] Clinic. The clinic is not named after the town but a health system. However, that health system sent an email asking how my experience was. So maybe legit but I think this is a shady group whose gotten my info. Interesting as well, the message and phone number comes across as “NRC” Health — others have reported different names. NRC is not the clinic or health system name.

Call (recording) for my mom wanted her to take a survey on her recent hospital stay.  Wants her to call them back.  Blocking the number.
