Missed call....no message left.  I assume they are all collections or scammers otherwise they would leave a message.

Get calls from it frequently, never answer, never leave message.  Called them back and best I can hear it is the voice mail for a Bruce at Charter Outbound.  Then I Google that it looks like it may be part of Spectrum but the mail box is full.  Not sure if legit or not as I have Spectrum at home, but I would suspect they would have left a message.

Calls my work number constantly.  They'll frequently call once and let it ring a couple of times, hang up, and call again so that I have 2 missed calls.  Incredibly annoying.

It's Spectrum Outbound - I've updated my Privacy settings on the website to not be contacted unless it is about the services I already have. Did it a few days ago, they called again today - I picked up and informed them i don't eaht to be contact for upsell. They said they'll update info on their end and that was the end of it.

They call and never leave a message. I have recently started to answer the call but say nothing, so far it's been a woman both times that just says hello, hello, hello. I'm assuming it's collections.

Surfed straight over here as this number was ringing. Found out the bad Spectrum scoop. Thanks Guys! Now I can label this number as a "don't pick up sales call".

I already had this number blocked, since it's spectrum trying to sell streaming service, but they still leave messages on my voicemail. Today it was just a girl saying "I need all of my bread".

Missed call. Keep the landline off the hook everyday until somebody texts me on wireless, this phone call came through within seconds of putting phone on reciever to make outgoing call. Did not answer.

I finally picked up the call after several missed calls. I just wanted them to stop calling me. It was Spectrum trying to sell me a TV streaming service.

Spectrum continually hounds me to upgrade my service!!!  Two Pieces of mail at least a week now they’re doing it with a phone calls!!! Time to change to another provider

Same experience, "Spectrum" calling to offer their streaming service but no price is mentioned and no name of the socalled app is available besides their regular app used to stream t.v. on mobile. I have picked up the phone a few times now and they just sounds like they are calling people to see if someone will actually sign up for their streaming service. From what I have known before, companies don't normally call you to up-sell you on their service. I have gone to Spectrum in person and they do not have any knowledge of any calls to up-sell their streaming service.

Left no voice mail, caller ID read, "TOLL FREE."

I answered and it was a woman with a thick accent.  I told her I couldn't understand her and said, "what" about fifty times.  Why would they hire somebody who can't hardly speak English to scam you over the phone?  They must be really stupid.  I usually don't answer but I couldn't see my caller ID from the bathtub.

I keep receiving calls from this number without a message.
