 Received postcard in the mail asking me to call them at this number to activate my vehicle protection.  The printing on the card is worded to suggest that you will be paying a lot of money for repairs or be driving an unsafe vehicle if you don't call them.  Recently purchased this vehicle, so assume they got the details from the DMV or other public records.

got call from this number ,wanting to give me refund for alleged computer protection that I never bought.  sounded scamish to me. hung up on them,blocked number.

Received a letter similar to Alan in Iowa (above) from the same people (Service protection Direct) regarding increase in contract for an Extended Vehicle Service Plans. Knew that we had no such warranty, but did phone our real extended service plan and they confirmed it was a scam and fraudulent. It was then turned over to the law enforcement authorities. Hope they get caught and get the book thrown at them.

Received a similar postcard regarding "Motor Vehicle Registration." The information was regarding Vehicle Protection. They had my car information correct also. Looks somewhat legit, but I knew better. It's a shame the elderly would be scammed by such things. They were from Service Protection Direct and used the same phone number.

On November 7 I got a postcard from "Service Protection Direct". I think it is some kind of scam.

Received a card with This number basically saying that I’ll need to call this number to get coverage but I think that it is a scam to get information off of people

Got a card from , I know what the warranty is on my vehicle. SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Have gotten 40+ calls and now a post card telling me that I need to have vehicle service contract activated before factory coverage runs out.

just another scam,  they have called so many times, now sending post card. We have a VW and use VW protection so don't need  any of this junk.

They are still active in 2020 so i guess nothing is being done.

Received postcard in mail "that I have not contacted to have vehicle service contract inititated for Toyota....:  this is a scam.  There  is someone in IL Motor Vehicle Dpt using Illinoisl records to help pull off scams on service contracts with Toyota.  Beware!  Do not call 1-888-598-0258 - scam!!!

Here is their address:  Service Protection Direct 2021 Goose Lake Road Sauget IL  62206.  FL License#:  P110423.  They have my address; therefore share theirs.  Clueless who this entity is.
