Missed call no vm left

I tried to order a book I had seen on television but the website kept taking my ordering information and then would kick me out of the system and make me start over. Someone from this number called me today claiming to be from the company I tried to order the book from. He said he had to "verify" my ordering information and asked me to tell him my name, phone #, address, e-mail and credit card information. The red lights were going off like crazy so I refused to give him my credit card number. He had a very thick Indian (from India) accent and I have heard identity theft stories about people in other countries scamming people pretending to be someone else and they convince people to give them personal info, and then they get scammed.
