A woman who said her name was Linda Price called my cell claiming to be with a process server and had immediate urgent court papers for me. I am not calling them back because I work in the legal field and process servers don't call people they're trying to serve!!

Did anything come of this? They are calling my fiance saying the same. And saying he needs to pay a claim on something. But he paid it off last year

Nothing came of it - real process servers do not call ahead and warn you - they show up, unannounced.

These people keep calling my dad and my brother asking for me.  However they are using my maiden name.  Which I haven't had in over 10 years.  They told my dad that they have tried to serve me but have been unsuccessful.  They call a lot and it's annoying my family.
