Yes...This num is calling everyday about the claim that using my phone num and my society

this number called me today saying I owe over $2,000 to US Bank from a delinquent acct from five years ago. they said I could either pay a settlement offer of $950 over the phone right then and there, or I would be charged with bank fraud and taken to court. I told them I have never had a US Bank account, never received any documentation in those supposed five years, and that no such thing is on my credit report. the guy said "then we will see you in court"...I said "sounds good!" and hung up on him.

Please help they called me I thought it was a scam 888-602-1147 I was served papers for a pay day loan I got online

I am paying these people and they still call.. I don't get it.

Yes i got a call from same number wanting 3,200 from my credit card for a 300 loan i owe i called the co that i owe the $$ to and they told me not to give them any info at all

my sister got a call from this number 8886021147 and the lady ext 1003 name lizoneil called my sister asked what was it regarding asked to spk to my mother and disclosed reason she was calling saying they are trying to sue me she disclosed info to a 3rd party and has violated the law. I called back and she got all upset said she didn't have time to play game and that she didn't disclose info how did my sister know any info
