This was a callback number I was given from "Dell Client Services".  She first asked for someone that retired quite a while ago, then wanted someone else in IT.  The first person she asked for was never in IT - barely knows how to turn a computer on.  If they were really Dell they would have the name of the one and only person who has ordered from them in the last 20 years.

ext numb. 4137; same deal as above, looking for someone that works in IT, calling from "Dell Technologies." First time calling she sounded very unprofessional and slurring even, second time calling she sounded much better. Impressive.

Caller asked for anyone in the IT department and also had a name of a current staffer, however her responses to my qualifying questions exposed her as a simple telemarketer; not a salesperson, not an executive, and definitely not a professional.  She hung up when I asked for....GASP!....the address of Dell Technologies, the company she said she is calling "on behalf of" at the start of the conversation.  She wavered between saying she worked for a call center and for Dell.  Well!  I called the number back and spoke with a different lady (whose brusque nature renders her unfit to answer phones for a legitimate company), who refused to provide the name of the company.  She, too, hung up even though I maintained protocols of a professional business exchange.    So, I checked my notes and lo and behold, these yahoos had called a month ago, but with a different Caller ID.  I dialed that number and learned that it is a call center:  Telenet Marketing Solutions.  BLOCKED!
