I received a call this past Friday at work.  They left a message with a co-worker giving out personal information.  Then today they called my cell phone with the number coming up on my phone as unknown.

Threatening message left

Call from collectors for Spot Loan threatening lawsuit. Stated they were legal dept, but never gave actual name of company.

They called my mother and asked for me. I haven't lived there for over 15 years. They said they had court documents and would hold them for 1 hour if I called back.

They called my former boss whom I haven't worked for in 2 years!

Called from an unknown number, left a message for someone that is not me. Kept saying I needed to call "the firm" back, but never identified who "the firm" was. Not going to call them back.

Harassing my job and I'm not there anymore

Acting as a legal firm saying they will see me in court about a payday loan from 2013 I know nothing about?

Called my job and said they wanted to serve papers on me.  But they got a hold of our legal department who told them emphatically they could not come to my work and serve papers unless it was something involving my employer.  I have no idea what they want to serve me with.  I think they are just scamming people.  Creeps need to get a real job.

Called employer and spoke to my manager. When I called back they threatened to have me served with a lawsuit if I didn't send money within the hour. I have no idea who this is. I asked who they were and to show proof I owed money. He was rude and kept talking over me - never answered my question. Scam!

Company called Riverside Alpha Group, Inc. they represent another company trying to get money off of people that made on line loans, looking to clear the debt, had personal information, doing research to see if they are legit

Keeps calling past jobs, boyfriends from years ago

I got a call from my boss at work saying to call this number and speak to Nichole Adams because I was going to be served with a court summons regarding a debt. I called and was transferred to "the Litigation Department" spoke to Alana Kushman at 714-274-7508. Said I was going to be served with papers regarding a debt from 2013 that I do not remember. Worked out a payment schedule and paid $75 immediately. Trying to figure out how to pay the rest. Started ti feel weird about it and googled the company, Riverside Alpha Group. Mostly what I got back is that this is a scam.

Received phone call from my brother. Alana Kushman contacted him. I have not lived with my brother since 1988. Attempted to contact her and went to voice mail.  TCG and Associates apparently it's a 951 area code (riverside). I find it strange her name popped in this article/report of scam...
