Robocall: "A magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. This is a the final attempt to reach you..."

Well, if it's a "final attempt", I look forward to never hearing from you again.

A voicemail was left with the same message as above.

Leave voice mail.  Final attempt leaves badge number.  Before the scam was IRS now they are the treasury department.  This scam is so old it’s laughable.  The IRS NOR TREASURY NEVER CALL TO COLLECT A DEBT.

I find it funny like i never commited a fedral crime or whatever and was never arrested for so try again

Same as above, this is a federal agent investigating my crimes! I have only 1 day to clear my name.  Hope they stop calling me after today. Do not call this number back or you could be routed to an over seas number and get charge by the minute.

I got a similar call but it was only the "second attempt" so maybe I get to look forward to more calls? Also, mine was from "the US Treasury" and a grand jury. The only thing I can think they would care about would be counterfeiting...which you would probably know if you were involved with.

Rep said my utilities would be disconnected if I didn’t quick pay $305.00.
