From a company called "Capital."  On the recording it sounds like something comes after Capital, but it has been cut off. Very rude people.  Seems to be the direct number from a woman named Jennifer.

i got an message on my home phone for my husband about me (they didnt know we were married as they referred to me in my old name) saying that they needed to reach me because they had  a pending case against me of 3 former (maybe formal) complaints against me with my local district court and thats its imperitive they here from me before the paperwork is finalized..
now i have no idea  why they didn't ask for me instead of him. I also have no idea what this is regarding. If it is in fact some sort of debt collector I'm pretty sure leaving all that on an answering machine is a major violtion of FDCPA (i was a collection agent for 5 years) and not just leaving that in a message but also leaving it for a 3rd party. Also i have filed bankruptcy so i don't know why a debt collector would be calling at all. Does anyone know who indeed this company is?? or what they want, is it a scam? I plan on calling in the morning again, but I was a little drawn back when I called and all the automated system says is "Thank you for calling capital, if you know your party's extention please dial it now, or press 0" i put in the extention that was on the message and I got a voicemail for the man who called and left the message, it was only 5:30 pm pacific time.. I called again, this time pressed 0.. I got a different voicemail but it only named the extention number, further more i have never called a business that didn't state an address or hours of operation or something like that..Does anyone have any idea what this could possibly be?
