" I have better things to do with my time then fight with a company that is dirty."  like post negative things about people who were very helpful to me when the exact same thing happened?

I just got taken.  Did anything ever come from you Returning Items to sender??  I don't want to pay them a dime!!

Falsly sent items that were never ordered and recieved a bill for $1,200

Well I think all you person who say this company is great or nice or anything psoitive are working for Omni themselves. Al these otehr ppl complaining about Omni can NOT be worng!!! I too have been scammed so you get your nice comments and stick them where the sun never shines. Gee Whiz

I will not be sending them a dime! They are a bogus company taking advantage of people. There is a special pocket of hell reserved just for people like this.

Because we don't think like scammers, how could we have known ?  My story is exactly the same.  A woman from the company said they had an office going out of business and wanted to sell off the last of their supplies at a 70-90% discount.
We are a very small private school on a very tight supply budget. As the girl was saying what she had left , I would order  2 boxes of pens and they delivered 2 dozen boxes..  This went on for every product, that I was "saving 70-90%" on.
No invoice came with the order and when a bill was faxed to us it was for almost $6,000.  The bill stated that everything must be returned within 3 days of delivery  with pre- approval from Omni. It was 2 weeks too late at that point. I immediately researched OMNI and found so many articles and reports of scams, that I knew that we too were victims. Someone from the company paid to have almost everything picked up with the exception of what some of our teachers had taken(pens, post-its and note pads..  We received another bill for almost $1,800.00 for those items.  I order cases of copy paper and regular office supplies for our school and never spend over $300.00. I just left a message for the woman who stalks me every day at Omni
and told her that I'll send the unpack aged goods returned from our teachers and then we are DONE. I guess we all need to start thinking like thieves in order to protect ourselves.

I went through the same story. Going out of business. I received a large quantity shipment of product that they said I ordered and they had my conversation taped stating that ordered that quantity. I told them they heard wrong. I received $1600 of product that should have been only around $150. I sent it back and it cost almost $100 and then they said the shipment was damaged and I have to pay $80 for the damaged shipment. I told them I would not send another dime to them. What a scam!!!!

06/02/2015 - I have worked as an Business Office Manager for 20+ years and very familiar with caller scams. I train purchasing and receiving employees to avoid this in particular. YET, I too received a call from OSI stating they were "closing a local warehouse" and needed to "get rid of a few office supplies". The salesperson provided her name, #, company name, etc and answered all the questions correctly (she was a good liar). I believed her and agreed to purchase a "small amount" of left over items at a discounted price. One month later I receive an Invoice for $3400. I immediately called the salesperson and the OSI Texas office and trust me, they are well aware of my position. I will fight to the end, court if necessary before I pay this invoice. It's the principal, but the money. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!  Why is the BBB, City of Gainesville and State of Texas allowing them to continue to operate???  Hint: If you receive a call from a legitimate company, your caller id will not say: "ANONYMOUS".  Duah....for those who think this company is legit, please google "Staples" and check the pricing. You are getting scammed!!!!!

When you are called out of the blue & given a 'deal' on surplus supplies, I would ask for a price list to be sent to me. If they won't send you one, as the red flag rises, what does this tell you?

Stay away from this company the are huge scammers.  If you get a call from KENZIE LUCAS hang up.  She has been hired to scam consumers.  It's impossible to reach anyone their, according to the scammers they share the number 1-888-612-1293.   I question how is that possible, and suggested for them to give me a email address... but of course no one has a email. I was lucky enough to get a manager on the line after the threat of contacting BBB (which I already did). Sue Mitchell is the so called manager, which could also be a huge LIE.  She told me I was responsible for the cost for the items to be shipped back. Which set me on FIRE. I am contacting every source possible to get this company shut down.
