Claimed to be law offices.  I stated you sound like a scam and he said ok, see you in court.  Guessing it's an old medical debt collector scam

Got call from 1-888-613-6135, let it go to voice mail because been getting a lot of scammers calling my cellphone. Says, "Hello on behalf of our client (never mentions client name of my name) we have tried contacting you several times by phone at your residence on file but our attempts have been ignored at this point you or your authorized representative needs to contact our office today or we will move forward without your cooperation. You can reach our office today at 888-602-5755, again contact our office today at 888-602-5755." I looked up that number they leave and it's linked to a scam number. Never said what company they were calling from, who their client is, and never said my name throughout the message, all red flags.

I received the exact same message! I didn't call the number left because of the exact reasons listed above.

Called from a"local" area code and number but left 888-613- etc as a callback number. Referenced a matter they are considering for " possible legal action" informing me I needed to call them back today may move forward without my consent. Scam

I also received a call about a medical bill something I wasn’t aware I was called and harassed about a garnishment

I received an email with the phone number 1-888-613-6135 provided as a "helpline" number. The email claims that it was from Paypal. However the email was from: Invoice <gsksh8337@gmail.com>. It claims that an iphone 13 for $1,710.93 was charged to my paypal account and shipped to an address that was in Alpharetta, GA (not mine). The address was non-existent.
