I'm also getting calls from a Camille of the "processing center". I called the toll-free number (using a different phone number than they called me on) and someone picked up immediately and asked if I'd like participate in the forgiveness program. I told them I might be interested but wanted to hear more about their organization, like who they are and what they do. The person hung up on me. I guess it's a scam. LOL

I received the same calls as above from Camille of the "processing center" for student loans and for me to call this number to before 7pm tonight because she thinks I qualify for forgiveness. She also stated should I not have any student loans to disregard her voice message. My cell phone notes the call is from Vietnam. Sounds like Camille needs forgiveness herself for this scam.

A transcription of the voicemail the caller left:

“Hello this is Camille with the processing Center.  I'm calling today because I found an error on your reported income for your federal student loans.  I think you might actually qualify for a forgiveness program but I need to submit the change as soon as possible.  It's urgent that you return my call today before 7 PM Eastern time. If you could please call 1-888-618-1783 to complete your application and finalize your enrollment as soon as possible.  Again the number is 888-618-1738 If you do not have a federal student loan please disregard this message.  Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon…”

I got a call from Camille and she left a voicemail. I called back and she picked up. I didn't say anything, I just had cartoons playing in the background. She eventually hung up, so I called back. Same scenario. This went on for about 15 minutes before they finally blocked my number. I felt that was rude, so I got a free number from Google and called them back. This time I disguised my voice and just answered Yes to all of their questions. Even the ones that were not Yes or No questions. This happened a couple of times and they blocked my number again, so back to the Googs for another number. I called them again and a guy answered. I played along for a while, then my microphone quit working, so had to stop. It was a bit of fun while it lasted.

Beware this may be a scam. Any reputable company dealing with federal student loans KNOWS for sure if you have them. Red flags everywhere in this message. They have been reported.

Got a call from this number about a discrepancy on my student loan forms. So I called them back to waste there time as I work for FedLoan servicing. So they go through their spiel, then ask me for my email address. So I gave them my work email and then she got nervous and was saying I thought FedLoan was shutting down blah blah and I said we haven’t shut down yet, but is that why you guys are calling people scamming them? She got an attitude and told me that they are a legit company and was going on and on and on. Finally I told her I am forwarding her number to our HR department and our Fraud department and she started cussing at me and hung up and blocked my number. Lol. I love getting these calls and messing with them since they don’t know I work for one of the federal student loan servicers lol

I got the same message as mentioned in many of the comments.  The problem was that I was looking into the forgiveness program with my lender because I was not sure if perhaps my employer might qualify me for the program.  But It did concern me that they did not know if I had a loan, did not identify me by name, and did not say they were from my lender.  I'm glad I looked into it.  And also the immediacy (call back by 7pm.)
