A recording begins without listing a company name. It goes on to say that the company is going out of business and need to issue you a refund. Then you are asked to  call the 888 number.

Called yesterday, but didn't answer.  Today they called again and it was an automated voice message saying she was Olivia from Microsoft and that she's calling in regards to a refund as Microsoft is closing xD.  Microsoft isn't closing. A scam if I ever heard it.

Its an automated voice saying she Olivia is from Microsoft and she instructs me to call the 888 for a refund. I get calls about every other month. I just delete them.

What is this company
