i agree i think this place is a total scam...and i also think they are using craig's list as a way to get credit card numbers over the phone. I tried to find the so-called company on the internet, realty partners, it does not exist

I was not called by this 1-888-618-6733, but I googled the phone number after reading this rental ad that was "too good to be true."

This gorgeous "for rent" or possibly "subject to" or rent-to-own property with no credit requirements, zero down, very cheap "rent," etc. Nice looking house, but probably wouldn't even be dealing with the person who is legal to do business with it. Pay up, move in, and then be kicked out by the title's owner... who knows, but wouldn't surprise me.
