I received a email from a person who's name is Spencer Woods
Recruiting Officer from Softstack Software Company.

This email just not look right for me, is anyone have a idea about it?

Recently, we found that some fraudsters send spam email messages with
job offers to random people on behalf of Softstack.
This scam is not related to our company.
Such fraudsters can use even Microsoft or IBM names in their scam messages.
Please, do not respond to these messages and do not call their telephone numbers.

yea i have got the same email but from a different name Andrew Brooks who also claim to be a recruiting officer form Softstack. They would hire you to be an Office Representative who will work from home and must use Yahoo messenger to to communicate to your supervisor (Larry Bampbell). When you call the number, it always goes to a voice mailbox and nobody respond to your call. They will ask you to do urgent assignment like send funds to overseas supplier (in Nigeria) and claim to reimburse you with a petty cash check. they never send you the petty cash check. NEVER USE YOUR MONEY TO DO EMPLOYERS WORK. employer suppose to pay you, not the other way around. Do not respond to that email..that is a scam!!

Do you all have a phone number where you can be reached.  Because I too received an email stating to work from home, but instead of sending money they have you do assignments such as browse for software companies for you all to market your products etc.  As I'm typing this email to you I'm online with "one" now by the name of Zack Woodland who claims to be a training Supervisor with your company.  If possible reply to this message by providing me with a phone# where I can speak to someone live.
