Automated male voice, message saying they had something 'very important' for me, asked me  to call back and enter 7 digit pin. I am  sure it is 'very important' scam.

Left a message saying they had something important to tell me and then said give this 7 digit # so we know it is you????

Similar as above.  I called Humana direct (number on back of my ID card) and they confirmed  this call did not originate from Humana.  Do not call the 888-622-2382 number and especially do NOT give them any personal information.   Google shows it belongs to a marketing company in Cantonsville, Maryland (Westfield Shelley Inc - wsmarketing.com).

Caller said my name and the name of the health insurance company I bought a policy from 2 months ago. Says they have an important message and left this as a callback and left a 7 digit PIN.

I received the exact same automated message with the request to call this number and enter a seven digit pin.  I called Humana's customer service number on my card and they had no clue what it was.

Left message on answering machine, claimed to be from Humana, told me to call back and enter a 7digit security number.  They said they woud call two more times if I didn't respond.  

I'm reporting this to Humana, if they are selling my personal information the Attorney General needs to know.  

They left a msg saying they are Humana with important info on my new policy and gave a code to use when calling back. I called back and they wanted to ask a series of questions such as "how do you rate your health from 1-5".  At this point I hung up.

It's a scam , called them and gave the 7 digit pin, they want information I wouldn't give. They got pissed off so I asked for a supervisor , the next guy asked same question, I asked for their mailing address they wouldn't give it so I told them I will find them and kill them they hung up

They claim to be Humana but I think it is a scam!

I received 2 robo calls claiming to be from Humana with an important message about my new policy.  It addressed me by name and said to press 1 to continue.  I hung up both times and then called my insurer.  They confirmed that they were not trying to contact me.  When I received another 2 calls from this number, I called my insurer's Fraud Dept, and was told that this number is not listed as one of their official numbers. The rep said that they would look into it and open an investigation on the number.

Called saying they were Humana and provided 7-digit reference number. Call back and immediately goes to a customer survey / cruise for two redemption for being "a loyal customer."  Didn't get to the point where I entered my ref. number.  Hung up and blocked.

If they ever call you again, say, "Central Intelligence Agency, how may I direct your call."  You probably won't have to talk to them again.

Same here, didn't recognize number so let it go to voicemail.  They knew my name and said they were calling from Humana.  I signed up with Humana a couple of months ago.  So either Humana is selling our info to marketeers or they've been hacked?  Not happy.

It's Humana.. If you signed up for a Humana healthcare plan privately or through Obama Care they are just trying to get you to answer a few questions.. an automated survey.

Calls supposed to be from Humana asking health questions they should already have as they pay the medical bills. 800-579-4916 From now on see in person @ office of my DR or no answers unless with proper ID. Unknown shows on call coming in.
