CASHNET USA confirming that a payment is due

I had to get a payday loan. They debit the monthly payments. Why they have to call and harass is beyond me!

They auto debit out my payment every paycheck. I don't know why I get repeated calls and emails letting me know that a payment is coming up. They call every couple days. Quite annoying but I do have a loan with them so I will wait until it is paid off before I complain.

I did a loan through cashnet usa. They automatically debit your account, send your an email and call. Why so many contacts I have no idea because when I was dealing with a fraud situation on my bank and they had to freeze it until they fixed it. I let them know a week in advance to post pone the payment until it's fixed. I was told there was nothing they could do even though I called a week before payment was scheduled to come out, it says online can't make your payment to contact them and they can set up other arrangements. So because my account was frozen with I had the claim numbers for they tried to say my payment nsf. That's a lie my account was frozen for fraud activity. Once this is paid off I will never do it again through them.

They call all the time they want you to take out more money it is a revolving debt. Once its paid off a bit they just want to make sure you know that you can get more money at a high rate. Hey we all signed up for that but yeah I agree they call too often.

I don’t have any loans with this company and never have. Someone used my phone number when they got a loan. So now I keep getting phone calls for missed and late payments.

Nothing a certified, return receipt "not me" letter would not cure.
