I received a call from "Unknown". The woman left a message stating her name is "Rachel Taylor" and she is trying to reach me (knows my name) in reference to a formal complaint that has been filed. She is trying to verify my address and the next step is to file necessary paperwork with my county's district court. She said that I have the legal right to contact the plaintiff and I can call them at 888-627-9139 then gives a case number and tells me that I've been notified. She never gives a company name or what the exact issue is. What is this???

I received a call from this number at work.  When a message was taken, they said her name is "Tracey Smith" and she gave a case number and said it is reference to a formal complaint.
