I'm not sure if this is real or a scam. The company called me from this number as well as 888-293-5321 asking me to call back. When I call back, the first number was a recording asking me to enter my account number. Obviously not a good idea, but the second time I called back a live operator picked up. She told me there were a bunch of overdue credit cards with $50k+ balances and referenced my name but confirmed the state was incorrect. Sounded shady so I called Chase and after being transferred 8 times (seriously. I don't own a card with Chase but will NEVER [***] EVER open an account with them after such [***] customer service) talked to someone in fraud services who gave me the same last 4 digits from the overdue card as the woman I spoke with from these "fraud" callers. So either Chase has something to do with this or these people got ahold of information and are trying to scam people.

this is not chase   how can we file a formal complaint against these guys?
