Scammers trying to impersonate a law firm. When I was asking verifying information they called me pretentious and hung up on me. When I said it, it was an allegation of debt. The gentleman got upset and demanded that it was factual, not alleged and then when I told him we can figure this out in court he said what you think we’re gonna go to court without a loaded gun? none of that sounds professional.

Definitely a total scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

Total scam. They claim they are a law firm. They are not. They claim you owe some debt from 20 years ago and they are going to sue you for fraud. Totally lie. These scum will say anything to get you to give them money. Use lies and fear to rob you.
