Called form a spoofed number to call back 888-656-0756 with a case number. I called Tuesday and women answered claiming company was called Quantum litigation. I called Wednesday and male answered claiming company was called Civil litigation Services.

Calling with a case number for my father, had his date of birth and wanted more information.  They stated is was a civil matter.  I called San Bernardino County Courts and no such case in system.    Scam.

Called from a 2153304182 saying they were Pennsylvania Courier. I told them I had no knowledge of whatever summons they were referring to and they told me to call 8886550756 and they asked for my last 4 of social. I told them I’m not providing that and they said okay, have a nice day. This is a scam, they said they are the legal office of quantum and they handle divorce, rental, child support cases…none of which I have any dealings with and the address they provided me with was from an apartment I lived at ions ago, in another city. SCAM!

This same thing happen to me with this same number…Who are those people smh

I received a call from this number and they wanted to come to my home to deliver papers to me.  I asked questions which the man said he could not answer because the envelope was sealed.  I told him that no, he couldn't serve papers to me this afternoon.  Glad I checked this site, this is scary since he wanted to come to the house.

My sister got a call and I was told to call the 800 number. They told her they had court docs from Travis County. They told me Harris County and would not provide details unless I gave the last 4 of my social and hung up. Seemed shady. The case number is not the right type for Travis or Harris County courts

Got a call saying I owed money from a bankruptcy 14 years ago. And they Franklin county courts (Ohio) approved. They were looking 5000 from me. When I checked the bankruptcy papers.Found out it was a scam. Be very careful. They almost seem legit.

Bankruptcy is final and is conducted in Federal Court.  No local or state court can overrule them.  You paid your attorney to handle problems like this and you should be letting them receive the calls.
