I am. Saying theres some sort of complaint, and i dont know what the hell it could be about...wondering if its a scam

Got a call saying there is a formal complaint against me and it is being delivered to your place of work.  That I should have ID available when the complaint is delivered.  If me or my attorney want to disput the claim please call the client at 888-657-4445.  Guys name was Robert Smith....  This sounds like complete [***].  First off no one would make a call like that at 6:15pm, after business hours.  Secondly the guys name Robert Smith - is just too obvious. Mr. & Mrs smith.  3rd thing is I would assume there would be something in writing.  4th Why would I have to call back the person making the complaint lol - makes no sense.
