need to know where this call is going or coming from

It's someone trying to cash in on FHA refi's

This is some company in California (http://www.hlhgroupllc.com/) calling.  They're also sending out "official" looking mailers that attempt to make it appear they're a government agency, there is no mention whatsoever of them being a private company, or that your information was simply obtained from public records.  The mailer is packaged up to look like it's a check from the government, but just gives you a short spiel (that has several grammatical errors in it, like using "there" where it should use "their", "you're" instead of "your", etc) and has this 888-657-4553 number to call.

Thanks a lot.  I had narrowed it down to the mailer being from California but after that I couldn't find anything more.
