Whoever this is, they are looking for a John N Hoss . There is no by that name at this residence and this number is on a "Do Not Call List".

This is as scam call.  Tell them they are scammers.  Sorry SOBS.

“Process server” out of a county I don’t live in saying they have tried to serve me legal documents. They will try one more time. Legal process will proceed without my knowledge or convent if I do not call them back. Stated “you have been notified”.

This is not how legitimate debt collectors conduct business. DO NOT give these people any information!! Don’t call them back. Look up your rights under the the fair debt collection practices act.

Called personal cell and work stating needing to serve legal documents. Scammers. "This is Lilar with the process service dispatch department just called to notify the residents that an attempt will be made to issue out certified documents, if you have any questions or need to make any changes to the time or location of this delivery you need to contact the legal firm handling you case at 888-657-4808 and reference the case number..... Failure to contact the legal firm may result in further legal precedents to take place without your knowledge of participation. You have been notified".

Sterling from County Process Service dept. called and left voicemail on brothers phone. Did not call me, then they proceeded to call my Work. This has to be a scam. Left case # and said if we don’t call they will move forward in this legal matter. That we have been avoided being served. They had my address and address of employment.

It is a SCAM but let your employer know about the call.  DO NOT put anything past a caller like this.  IF there was a problem, you would not be cold called & warned.  It is also illegal to give information to a third party!
